Special Public Meeting Announcement

Please join us in person at this important meeting to speak against zoning amendments that could permanently harm the Garden. The public meeting will offer opportunities for both in-person and remote testimony.

In Person:
City Planning Commission Hearing Room, Lower Concourse, 120 Broadway, Manhattan. Arrive early to register to speak. Anyone attending in person must wear a face covering and abide by social distancing guidelines.

Remotely:
A link to participate from a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and dial-in numbers, will be posted one hour in advance of the meeting.

You may also submit written testimony online and by mail and view the livestream of the hearing on City Planning’s YouTube channel.

Already, by an overwhelming majority, the local community board has voted to reject this application, and also resolved that the 1991 zoning should remain in place. See details on the Fight for Sunlight page. With your support we aim to stop this harmful rezoning.
