Virginia A. Tuttle

Virginia A. Tuttle studied at Parsons School of Design and later with Anne Marie Evans at the New York Botanical Garden. She has exhibited in numerous group shows, including at the Royal Horticultural Society, where she received one gold and two silver medals. With Art Botanica, she has collaborated in numerous exhibitions, including East Meets West, Native Flora of Long Island , Flora of the Bible, and The Camellias of Planting Field Arboretum. Her paintings are in private and public collections throughout the United States, including the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, in Pittsburgh; the Louisiana Governor's Mansion, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens, in Monroe, Louisiana; and Brooklyn Botanic Garden Florilegium. She is a fellow of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden Florilegium Society.
